Washing Clothes without Laundry Detergent
Anyone do that….wash clothes with no detergent?
I'm thinking of trying that.
I mean…I'm an adult I don't' wear my clothes until they're "dirty", so maybe no detergent is needed.
A washing machine wash may be enough. I'll try that, for a few times.
I was going got say I'll try adding -- perhaps baking soda to the wash. But how much. If I'm going to add more than a 1/2 cup, I might as well just use detergent.

to me, its better if u keep on using detergents, no need softener pun its fine, because at least, it is washed and most bacteria is vanished. also it smells better if u use perfume on a daily basismajorminor123 wrote:Anyone do that….wash clothes with no detergent?

38 minutes per wash is quite fast bcoz my current washer need to wait more than 1 hour. It's like going to dobi sometimes but need to save money just to wash the clothes at home

Nowadays, i think everything we want is more hygenic bcoz of covid so need to wash hand & clothes regularly. Just dont wait until the laundry piled up. We dont know if our clothes got germs there

Yes i think i know what u mean by bubbles. Previously, i used manual washing washine & got less buble and turns out the detergent didnt dissolve completely and got white stain on the clothes after washing it
